Return Policy:

You have 14 days from receiving your item to request a return or exchange for store credit.

Eligibility:

  • Items must be in original condition, unworn, unused, with tags, and in original packaging.

  • Request a return within 14 days of delivery at support@cheyennelenhart.com.

Refunds/Store Credit:

  • Returns or exchanges will be issued as store credit, covering the item cost and applicable taxes. Shipping costs including returns are non-refundable and are the customer’s responsibility.

Defective Items:

  • Returns for defective items are allowed; contact us for assistance.

Final Sale:

  • Sale items are final and cannot be returned or exchanged.
